Custom Husqvarna Carl Gustaf 7mm Yukon (used excellent condition)

Description

Custom built rifle in 7mm Yukon (wildcat) cartridge. The rifle features a Husqvarna (carl Gustaf) HVA model 9000 receiver circa 1970 and original stock. It is fitted with a match grade custom 26″ barrel by Ron Smith (Alberta barrel maker). The Husky 9000 action features a push feed buttery smooth bolt, clawless extractor, and has an externally adjustable trigger which is accessed by removing the bolt. Hinged floor plate magazine. The rifle is fitted with a Limbsaver recoil pad, the action bedded and floated, all metal works powder coated, head space checked, and the stock refinished- all completed by Corlane Sports (Dawson Creek BC). The 7mm Yukon cartridge is a wild cat load. Reloading the cartridge is achieved using custom RCBS dies built by JGS precision Tool of Coos Bay Orrgon. Very accurate loads with 1.25″ groups have been achieved at 300 meters using 140gr bullets with muzzle velocities of 3300 to 3400 fps. The rifle is equipped with a Leupold circa 2005 VX III 4.5-14 x 50mm scope with Leupold rings and bases.
